Senior Data Scientist, Growth
Location: United States (Fully Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Thistle is a mission-driven food-tech company rethinking how people eat by making healthy, plant-forward meals easy and accessible. Founded in 2013, Thistle began with cold-pressed juices at farmers markets and has grown into a nationwide subscription platform delivering ready-to-eat meals, snacks, and juices directly to customers’ doors.
The company operates at the intersection of consumer technology and real-world operations, balancing customer experience with the complexity of producing and delivering fresh, perishable food at scale. Thistle is remote-first, values sustainability, and prioritizes long-term business health over short-term growth at all costs.
Thistle is hiring a Senior Data Scientist, Growth to own and shape its growth marketing strategy through rigorous data science and hands-on execution. This is not a purely analytical role—you will directly manage and optimize paid marketing spend while applying experimentation, modeling, and causal inference to drive efficient, sustainable growth.
