Senior Analytics Engineer

Thistle is a mission-driven food-tech company helping people get and stay healthy while improving the sustainability of the food system. Founded in 2013, Thistle began with cold-pressed juices at farmers markets and has grown into a nationwide subscription platform delivering plant-forward meals, snacks, and juices directly to customers’ doors.
Behind the scenes, Thistle operates a complex, data-rich business spanning marketing, operations, logistics, culinary development, and customer experience.
