Senior Product Manager
Location: United States (Fully Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Thistle is a mission-driven food-tech company helping people get and stay healthy while improving the sustainability of the food system. Founded in 2013, Thistle began with cold-pressed juices at farmers markets and has grown into a nationwide subscription platform delivering plant-forward meals, snacks, and juices directly to customers’ doors.
The company operates a rare combination of consumer technology and complex real-world operations, building products that impact both the customer experience and how fresh food is produced, packed, and delivered at scale. Thistle is remote-first, values sustainability, and prioritizes long-term impact over short-term hype.
Thistle is hiring a Senior Product Manager to help lead product strategy and execution across both customer-facing experiences and internal operational tools. This is a high-ownership, generalist PM role on a very small product team—ideal for someone who wants broad scope, real influence, and the opportunity to shape how product is built at the company.
