Are you a creative, driven, and trend-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape the social media presence of two exciting brands? We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Marketing Manager to help bring Seamless into the spotlight, while keeping the Outsourcery brand running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, B2B social and content role with a strong focus on community engagement, video and content creation - ideal for someone proactive, resourceful, and passionate about building online brand presence. The role is part-time (approx. 80 hours/month), with potential to grow into a full-time role.


What You'll be Doing

1. Community Management

  • Manage and represent both the company and CEO's personal brands across LinkedIn and other social media to build visibility, credibility, and engagement.

  • Proactively engage with relevant content (likes, comments, shares, following, connecting) and grow our community through connections and conversations.

  • Build meaningful interactions with followers, clients, and prospects.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Develop, write, and design regular content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

  • Plan and schedule content calendars across all the company brands.

  • Support the CEO's personal brand through thoughtful, consistent content and social management.

  • Manage podcast distribution and engagement.

3. Video Editing & Creation

  • Edit and create short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube using podcast content and other original material.

  • Suggest and implement new video content ideas aligned with brand tone and trends.

You'll be a Great Fit if You

  • Have 2+ years of experience in social media management, B2B content creation, and community building.

  • Are highly skilled at creating and editing short-form videos (bonus: experience repurposing long-form content like podcasts)

  • Are confident on LinkedIn and understand how to build brand presence and generate engagement in a B2B environment

  • Know how to write and design compelling content for social (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)

  • Have strong initiative and curiosity - you research, suggest, and implement ideas independently

  • Are comfortable working across multiple brands and balancing priorities

  • Keep up with social media trends and enjoy experimenting with new formats and content ideas

  • Are deadline-driven and well-organised

  • Bonus: WordPress experience (for small back-end content updates or tweaks)
