*Location:* St. Matthews Farmers Market (Louisville, KY)
*Schedule:* 8 Saturdays over the summer (Exact dates provided upon hiring)
*Pay:* $18/hour + commission on sales

Birch and Oak Skincare is a locally-owned, Kentucky Proud brand specializing in all-natural, tallow-based skincare products. Our mission is to provide families with safe, nourishing alternatives to chemical-laden skincare. We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable *Skincare Specialist* to represent our brand at the *St. Matthews Farmers Market* this summer.
*Role Overview:*
As a Birch and Oak Skincare Specialist, you’ll be the face of our brand, educating customers on the benefits of tallow-based skincare and driving sales at our booth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about natural skincare, enjoys engaging with people, and has a knack for closing sales.
*Responsibilities:*
Set up and maintain an inviting, organized booth space
Educate customers on the benefits of tallow-based skincare and our product offerings
Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs
Process sales transactions and track inventory
Promote and upsell products to maximize revenue
Build relationships with repeat customers and encourage brand loyalty
*Qualifications:*
Passion for all-natural skincare and knowledge of clean beauty trends
Proven experience in sales or customer service (farmers market or retail experience is a plus!)
Strong communication and people skills with an engaging and friendly attitude
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently
Ability to lift and transport booth materials as needed
*Compensation & Perks:*
$18/hour + commission on all sales
