DescriptionAs a Senior Associate-Branch and Community Marketing Strategy in our marketing team, you will be responsible for building marketing strategies and programs to support our branches at scale. You will focus on developing and delivering a wide range of branch marketing strategies, including merchandising, bilingual marketing, and apparel. You will collaborate with various teams, manage multiple initiatives, and continually evaluate and optimize program objectives and results. This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact at a local level while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead program strategy, planning, oversight and optimization of Consumer Bank marketing initiatives for our branches and community centers
- Drive omni-channel planning and strategy oversight for branch merchandising across both digital and print merchandising placements
- Create plans for optimizing customer experience in both the internal and external areas of the branch
- Collaborate effectively with campaign management team and other partners to bring customer experience to life
- Work with field leadership to support them in activating branch programs
- Partner with Analytics team to build robust performance score card to continually evaluate and optimize program objectives and results
- Regularly report on program strategy, planning, status, and performance
- Establish best practice guidelines and socialize across organization
- Develop and execute program measurement and testing roadmap
- Develop business cases and manage program budget
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital/Technology or Business Management
- 4+ years of marketing or branch/retail experience strategy and program management
- Strong track record in developing partnerships and working with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to take initiative, collaborate, influence others, and achieve results
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
- Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
