About Coral
Coral is redefining midlife health by providing accessible, evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Our mission is to empower women through education, medical support, and community — helping them feel seen, supported, and in control of their health.
Marketing plays a central role in building trust, educating the public, and driving the growth that helps us reach more women and employers.
Role Overview
The Growth and Community Marketing Specialist is a high-impact executional role responsible for bringing Coral’s growth, lifecycle, and performance marketing programs to life. This role supports our Performance Marketing, PR and Marketing Ops & Analytics pillars and ensures our campaigns, systems, and channels run efficiently, accurately, and consistently.
You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Content Strategist to execute campaigns across social, paid media, email, website, and analytics — helping turn demand into members while continuously improving how we measure, optimize, and scale our marketing efforts.
This role is ideal for a marketer who is detail-oriented, data-informed, community-driven and energized by systems, automation, and optimization — someone who loves making things work better.
The role is primarily remote but does require some in person time in Montreal, so you must be located within the Montreal area.
