We are looking to bring on a high energy experienced Barista to our Farmers Market and Events Team! You must be able to work every Saturday! You will one event every Saturday! Each shift will be at 7 hours. Farmers Market Shifts are 6:45 AM-1:15 pm
Looking to hire by Saturday March 1st (first shift)
Qualifications
16 years or older.
Barista at a coffee shop or bakery
Have great communication skills, be professional, and friendly at all times
Ability to learn how to operate POS system and other equipment
Ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
* Setup and Take Down All Farmers Market Products
* Make Lattes, espresso, etc.
* You must have your own car and it must be able to hold a tent (Sedan with seats down, SUV, hatchback, and Truck all work)/
* You will be well-versed in how our cookies and brownies. You will need to explain which is in eachlavor.
* You will process customer transactions, resolve customer issues and ensure that the store is always clean and well-stocked
* Deliver quality customer service to everyone, including being able to answer questions concerning our products
* Operate our cashless register and follow Sugar Shane’s credit card handling procedures
* Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise to promote sales
* Keep the store clean and inviting at all times
* Transport everything from our stores to our farmers market locations (398 14th st atlanta, ga to Marietta and Brookhavens farmers market (you will work both locations). One per shift.
* You will also be available to work our festivals which also occur on Saturdays.
* Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
* Perform other duties as assigned
