Libra Coffee Roasters is looking for a fun, energetic and positive person to fill in at farmer's markets in Cardiff, Oceanside and/or special events.
We brew fresh batches of hot coffee, make specialty cold brew drinks and sell bags of our roasted beans at the booth. You will be responsible for the register as well- which means you get all the tips! We also offer commissions over a certain amount of sales.
The right person will thrive off the energy of the artisan food community. We want someone who is trustworthy, honest, punctual, passionate about coffee and educating people about our mission. No flakes. The ideal candidate wants to take ownership of this position and grow into a bigger role within the company- marketing or sales. In the meantime, if you're up for doing deliveries on other days or working part time at the roastery that's a big plus.
Libra Coffee is a coffee roasting company without a coffee shop location. We look at farmers markets as our "coffee shop"- so a great overall customer experience is so important. Beyond farmers market, we sell our fresh roasted beans wholesale to coffee shops, , grocery stores and online. Our mission is clean dirking water for everyone - so we donate a percentage of our sales to clean drinking water initiatives.
