The Summit Area YMCA is hiring a dynamic, detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Community Garden Administrator to support our President/CEO and lead the operations of our vibrant Community Garden. This unique, full-time role blends executive-level administrative support with hands-on coordination of a mission-driven garden program that serves our community.

This full-time, non-exempt position generally works Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend responsibilities. The Salary range for this position is $23.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience.
