About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, plugged-in leader to build and own our community marketing function—with a big focus on IRL events, brand activations, and cultural partnerships. As Director of Community Marketing, you’ll help us show up in meaningful, visible, and emotionally resonant ways—online and offline.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be our on-the-ground connection to creators, communities, and real people—especially in and around NYC. You’ll shape our presence at events, lead co-branded collaborations, and scale our creator network to help tell our story from every angle.

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong foundation in brand or social marketing who’s ready to step into leadership, build something new, and bring heart to every campaign.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead TelyRx’s in-person presence—including pop-ups, co-branded events, wellness activations, and real-world brand moments that leave lasting impact
  • Develop meaningful partnerships with local organizations, creators, and brands to create shared experiences rooted in trust, service, and cultural relevance
  • Own the development and scaling of a creator and ambassador network, focused on long-term relationships and community-aligned storytelling
  • Identify and nurture emerging influencers and cultural voices who naturally align with our mission—prioritizing depth over follower count
  • Lead influencer strategy across outreach, onboarding, collaboration, and content execution—ensuring each voice feels authentic, empowered, and supported
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, performance, and design to bring both social-first and IRL-first ideas to life
  • Oversee community-driven storytelling across channels, translating our mission into content that resonates, educates, and convert
  • Use insights from cultural trends, social listening, and audience feedback to inform creator fit, brand voice, and partnership direction
  • Track and optimize performance across activations and influencer campaigns—measuring impact through engagement, awareness, and connection
Requirements

Who You Might Be

This role is for someone who sees the power in presence—someone who gets that sometimes the best marketing doesn’t happen on a screen.You might be:

  • A senior marketer with 4–6 years of experience in community, brand, social, or experiential marketing
  • A creator whisperer—you’ve built influencer or ambassador relationships that go beyond the grid
  • A planner and a doer—just as comfortable dreaming up a co-branded dinner series as you are managing RSVPs and making sure everyone feels seen
  • Based in or deeply connected to NYC, with a pulse on what’s happening in wellness, health, and cultural spaces
  • Excited to grow into a leadership role with guidance, mentorship, and real autonomy
