What You'll Do:

Represent our company campground/RV park as well as outdoor festivals, reenactments, and other key locations

Promote tourism-related services and products that enhance the Gettysburg camping experience

Interact with campers, vacationers, and families to generate interest and capture leads

Share local insight and encourage exploration of area attractions

Distribute branded materials, answer questions, and create a positive impression

Track interactions and report performance metrics

What We Offer:

$15 per Hour base pay – steady weekly income

Uncapped commissions – earn more for every lead or sale

Target $40K

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality and love for the outdoors

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people

Passion for Gettysburg history, local tourism, or the camping lifestyle

Reliable transportation and willingness to work at various outdoor locations

Previous sales, marketing, or tourism experience is a plus-but not required

Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time.

Bonus Points If You:

Not necessary but great to have experience with RV parks, campgrounds, event marketing or like outdoor retail

Are familiar with Gettysburg landmarks and seasonal tourism events

Have flexible availability, especially weekends and holidays
