Position Overview
The Community Marketing Manager is a strategic marketing leader responsible for overseeing all field marketing initiatives and traditional marketing channels across our network of urgent care locations. This role combines hands-on community engagement leadership with comprehensive marketing strategy execution, managing both grassroots community efforts and broad-reach traditional marketing campaigns.
You'll lead our community marketing efforts through a dedicated team of Community Specialists while orchestrating partnering with our Digital Team to execute integrated campaigns, with your focus in out-of-home advertising, direct mail, print media, and other traditional channels. As both a strategic thinker and community connector, you'll ensure our marketing efforts drive measurable patient volume growth and brand equity, while building lasting relationships within the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategy Development
- Supervise and mentor Community Marketing Specialists, providing guidance on local campaign execution and community relationship building
- Partner with Clinic Leads on complementary community activities
- Develop comprehensive field marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and patient acquisition goals
- Create and manage marketing budgets across all traditional and field marketing channels
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs for both team members and marketing campaigns
- Identify trends in patient acquisition and community engagement to inform future strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, clinical leadership, and corporate marketing
- Lead New Market Entry and New Clinic Opening initiatives
Traditional Marketing Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize out-of-home advertising campaigns
- Develop and manage direct mail campaigns targeting specific demographics and geographic areas
- Coordinate print advertising and public relations efforts including local publications, newspapers, and healthcare directories
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with traditional media vendors and advertising agencies
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing channels, providing regular reporting to executive leadership
Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in both field/community marketing and traditional advertising channels
- 3+ years of team leadership or management experience for two or more team members
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance measurement and optimization
- Healthcare or wellness industry experience strongly preferred

Reporting Structure
This position reports to the VP of Marketing and has direct supervisory responsibility for Community Marketing Specialist(s) and coordination responsibility with clinic leadership teams.
