Marketing Strategy & Program Management (35%)
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economic Development, Business Administration, or related field required. MBA preferred. Minimum five years’ experience, seven years’ preferred, in marketing, public relations, advertising, or tourism marketing, including a minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of business and marketing principles and strategies. Strong marketing and public relations skills. Working knowledge of web administration and social media applications. Experience with field marketing, community engagement, or event marketing, preferably in a regional or multi-market capacity, and proven track record of planning and executing successful local marketing campaigns.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret market data and relevant programs. Ability to respond to customer concerns promptly and effectively.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
