About Us - Cardinal Senior Care

We help seniors live independently at home. As we grow, we need a passionate sales pro to represent our brand and drive referrals across San Antonio.

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with hospitals, senior centers, and providers

• Travel locally to meet contacts, give presentations, and attend events

• Generate and convert leads into new clients

• Plan weekly territory goals and hit monthly growth targets (10+ new clients/month)

• Represent us at community events and networking groups

• Join weekly sales meetings to track progress

You Are:

✅ A self-starter with strong communication and people skills
✅ Goal-driven, confident, and full of energy
✅ Great at networking and building lasting partnerships
✅ Independent and organized in the field
✅ Passionate about helping others, especially seniors

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in sales or business development (healthcare/senior care a plus)

• Proven track record of hitting targets

• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license

• Flexible schedule, including occasional after-hours events
