About the Role:
Join Total Restoration as a Community Marketing Coordinator to drive our brand’s presence and make a lasting impact in the North Okanagan communities that we serve. We’re looking for an organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading community engagement efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and represent the company at community events (some evenings/weekends)
- Oversee event materials, promotional items, and client gifts
- Lead events committee, marketing campaigns, social media, and branded materials (swag, ads, etc.)
- Keep marketing assets fresh and relevant (ads, logos, client reviews)
- Organize internal events and celebrations
- Handle light office admin tasks
What You Bring:
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proactive, creative mindset with a knack for taking initiative
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
- Flexible schedule for occasional events
- Marketing or event coordination experience (preferred)
- Flexible Schedule, with occasional evenings/weekends for events
