Position Overview
Club Pilates San Angelo is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Community Marketing Liaison/Front Desk Sales Associate with strong sales experience to represent our organization within the community. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and independently driving outreach efforts. The Community Marketing Liaison will serve as the key connector between our business and local partners, prospective clients, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, referral partners, businesses, and prospective clients.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend community events, presentations, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new leads and partnership opportunities through proactive outreach and sales strategies.
  • Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner when interacting with stakeholders and community members.
  • Track outreach activities, leads, and conversions; prepare regular reports on marketing and sales results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align community outreach with company goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Work autonomously to manage schedule, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets without direct supervision.
  • Stay informed on market trends, community needs, and competitor activities to help shape outreach strategies.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
  • Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or related fields.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, engaging personality.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the organization publicly.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel is required).

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in Outreach and Community Marketing
  • Familiarity with local community organizations and networking groups.
