Nana Dot's Southern Sweets is an online bakery known for our delicious Southern desserts. Based in a commercial kitchen in Garland, Texas, we deliver locally around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and ship across the United States & Canada. You'll also find us at many local farmers markets and events in the area.
*We're Hiring!*
We are looking for enthusiastic Associates to join our team as a sales associate. This position involves selling our products at local events and farmers markets on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you are friendly, customer service-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow with a family-owned business, we'd love to hear from you! No prior experience is necessary—we'll provide all the training you need.
*Sales Responsibilities (Saturdays & Sundays):*
* Setting up and breaking down vendor booths
* Arranging products attractively
* Engaging with customers
* Describing products
* Processing sales transactions
* Cleaning the vendor booth as needed
* Unloading and loading supplies
Pay: Base Pay is $12.00/Hr + 10% Bonus when sales goal is achieved
*Sales Schedule:*
* 8am - 12:30pm
* 9am - 5pm
* 12pm - 6pm
* (Schedules vary depending on weekend events)
*Qualifications:*
* No prior experience required
* Ability to stand for 6-8 hours
* Ability to lift 40 lbs
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
