*Job Summary*
We are looking for a *Farmers Market Lead* to help manage market operations, drive sales, and ensure a smooth and successful market experience. This role involves driving and delivering bagelsto farmers markets, setting up and managing the booth, and leading a small team to provide excellent customer service. This position aligns with farmers markets and is a seasonal role only working on either Saturday or Sunday from May - October.
*Responsibilities:*
* Pick up and deliver bagels and supplies to market locations.
* Set up and break down the farmers market booth efficiently.
* Lead a small team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
* Drive sales by engaging with customers and promoting our fresh, handmade bagels.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booth.
*Requirements:*
* *A vehicle that has a hitch and willing to tow a small trailer* (vehicle gas, and wear/tear will be reimbursed)
* Valid driver’s license and ability to transport market supplies.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
* Customer service experience preferred.
