KT Beauty Boom, a natural hair and skincare company, is seeking enthusiastic Farmers Market Beauty & Wellness Specialists to represent our brand at local farmers markets. Join our team where "Beauty is Power" and help us share our all-natural, locally-sourced products with the community.
Responsibilities:
* Set up and manage an attractive product display at assigned farmers markets
* Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge
* Educate customers on the benefits of natural hair and skincare products
* Process sales transactions accurately, handling both cash and credit card payments
* Maintain inventory and sales records
* Set up and break down the selling area for each market day
* Ensure proper storage and handling of products and equipment
Requirements:
* Passion for natural beauty and wellness products
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Basic math skills for handling transactions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs for setup and breakdown
* Availability to work weekends and variable hours based on market schedules
* Reliable transportation to reach market locations and product pickup points
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in retail sales or farmers market vending
* Knowledge of essential oils, carrier oils, and natural skincare ingredients
* Interest in or experience with hair care and skin care routines
