• Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase local awareness and drive pre-opening membership sign-ups.
  
  
• Build partnerships with local mom groups, fitness studios, gyms, salons, schools, and college campuses.
  
  
• Distribute promotional materials (flyers, guest passes, incentives) to target demographics.
  
  
• Organize and attend community events, fairs, and pop-ups.
  
  
• Support digital marketing campaigns with community insights and influencer referrals.
  
  
• Create a calendar of outreach opportunities and track engagement metrics.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with the studio manager and ownership to align on brand messaging.
  
  

• Strong ties or access to local networks (moms’ groups, fitness communities, college groups, etc.)
  
  
• Previous experience in event promotion, street team campaigns, influencer engagement, or community relations.
  
  
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Reliable transportation to visit community sites and events.
  
  
• Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or email tools is a plus.
