At The Aesthetic Syndicate, we partner with top medical aesthetics practices and provide world-class systems, infrastructure, and technology to deliver the highest-quality patient care. We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Community Marketing Manager to fuel growth through events, partnerships, and local market engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and execute local marketing & event playbooks (open houses, influencer nights, VIP events).

• Develop partnerships with local businesses and influencers to drive awareness and referrals.

• Manage community outreach, activations, and ambassador programs.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and practice leaders to align strategy and execution.

• Track and report KPIs to measure success and optimize future campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications preferred.

• 3+ years experience in community marketing, events, or partnerships (medspa/aesthetics a plus).

• Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to grow engagement and patient/client volume.
