Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Community Marketing Manager will own Risk Ledger’s community strategy, customer marketing programs, and advocacy engine. You will own the customer advocacy program utilising customer moments, events, content and social amplification to turn engaged customers into structured advocacy.
