We’re seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Community Marketer who can also support administrative and client-focused office duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing referral relationships, and helping keep operations organized.
This role combines community outreach and marketing with light administrative and client coordination duties. It also includes limited weekend on-call phone coverage (1–2 weekends per month).
This is not a caregiver position.
Represent Griswold Home Care throughout our service area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners (senior centers, hospitals, rehabs, social workers, assisted living communities, etc.).
Attend networking events, community fairs, and outreach programs.
Complete weekly marketing routes and maintain accurate activity logs.
Identify new referral opportunities and nurture existing ones.
Track marketing activities and outcomes in our CRM/operations system.
Assist with incoming client inquiries, intakes, and follow-up calls.
Support care coordination tasks and document communication with clients and caregivers.
Conduct phone screenings and interviews for caregiver applicants.
Maintain accurate notes and data entry in our scheduling and operations platforms.
Provide general office support as part of the internal team.
Participate in weekend on-call rotation (1–2 weekends per month; usually low volume).
Represent the Griswold brand with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
$25/hour base wage
